Cooling-off for Consumers
Individual purchasers located in Japan may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days of purchase, subject to exceptions once digital content is accessed beyond a short preview. Corporate purchasers follow their order form.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid cohort seats where the cohort has not yet begun and materials have not been fully distributed. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw after orientation but before the third live session, calculated pro-rata minus administrative fees stated on checkout.
Non-refundable Items
Bespoke workshops that required third-party travel bookings, certificates already issued, or add-on mentor blocks that were fully delivered are non-refundable. Taxes and payment processor fees may be withheld where permitted.
How to Request
Email [email protected] with your order reference, reason, and preferred refund path. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days. Banks may take additional cycles to post funds. Installment plans are adjusted according to the financing partner’s rules when applicable.
Substitutions
Enterprises may substitute named participants before the cohort start date without penalty, limited to the purchased seat count.
Japanese Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable Japanese law. If a term is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.
